Customer satisfaction survey

To GMP+ International, it is important to know what its customers think about its services. For this reason, a customer satisfaction survey was launched, in collaboration with Satius, a specialized company, to assure objective research and progress. The survey is launched in Poland and the Czech Republic at the end of October. 

The results of the survey will be used to implement validated improvement actions and changes in the products and services. Feedback about the results and improvement actions will be sent to the participants in a couple of months.
