African Swine Fever

GMP+ International would like to inform you with this newsletter about ASF.

African Swine Fever (ASF) is a deadly viral disease that spreads easily between pigs by direct contact with infected animals and their body fluids (nasal, oral, feces, blood) or tissues (meat).

GMP+ International would like to increase the awareness of ASF among its community to prevent any further spread of the disease.

Especially for transport companies, GMP+ International created a leaflet containing useful information.

If your company is located outside Europe, please contact your local authorities to ask about specific risks and/or guidelines.

This leaflet is meant as a guide and does not contain any requirements.
