While acknowledging that this is on short notice, we want to inform you that on June 28th GMP+ International decided to postpone the final implementation for the requirements for combination vehicles to January 1st, 2020.
In the GMP+ B4, the final implementation date for the requirements for combination vehicles (5.2.2.2) was set on July 1st, 2019. The new requirements led to a discussion on ‘flexible loading compartments’ with the International Expert Committee and the Sub Committee Transport. The outcome of this discussion is still inconclusive. Postponing the implementation gives all stakeholders time to finalize the discussion on the flexible loading compartment.
