New action limits for Mycotoxins (DON, ZEA and OTA)

Recently, the International Expert Committee (IEC) decided to set up new action limits for Mycotoxins (Deoxynivalenol, Zearalenon and Ochratoxin A) in GMP+ BA1 “Specific Feed Safety Limits”.

All changes are available in the updated GMP+ BA1 Specific Feed Safety Limits.

It concerns:

The adoption of the EU Recommendation 2006/576/EC as action limits for Deoxynivalenol (DON), Zearalenon (ZEA) and Ochratoxin A (OTA) for:
- feed materials for other purpose than direct feeding and
- compound feeds for which the GMP+ International has no limits.
