It is our mission to deploy a feed certification scheme that makes it easier for companies to contribute to safe feed. In an increasingly competitive, complex and globalised environment there is a need to obtain knowledge. Yet needs differ widely, and financial and time recourses are limited. Our community knows the importance of knowledge – and challenged us to facilitate.
The online GMP+ Academy platform actively gathers and shares knowledge with our worldwide feed safety community. Through training, webinars, e-learning materials, video’s, events, databases, fact sheets, news and more, the GMP+ Academy platform raises the knowledge level within the sector. The GMP+ Academy is a collaboration of GMP+ International and renowned training institutes.
It is open to all professionals in the feed chain: companies, teams, individual employees and Registered Trainers and Consultants.
The GMP+ Academy offers a wide range of training materials. Did you know that; besides our HACCP e-learning , we have developed a new micro-learning? This micro-learning has been created to offer students and companies, the possibility to learn in a quick and easy way about “Prerequisites”. Prerequisites are the foundation of the HACCP system. A feed company should implement and operate a range of so-called good practices across the company. These good practices are therefore often addressed as the prerequisite programme. The micro-learning consists of 10 parts which can be purchased all at once for a discounted rate or individually to accommodate specific learning needs. The micro-learning is available in English, German, Polish, Spanish and Dutch.
Besides the micro-learning and HACCP e-learning, the Learning Marketplace on the GMP+ Academy platform, contains all learning and training materials currently available. So far more than 4 suppliers offer their learning and training opportunities via the GMP+ Academy. Once you have signed up for free , simply navigate to the Learning Marketplace and use the filter to narrow down your search results.
The GMP+ Academy also offers an interactive forum where everyone with a free GMP+ Academy account can join discussions, ask questions, extend your feed network or reach out to help members of the community.
