You’re responsible for the continuous development of the feed standards. These provide our customers with up-to-date guidelines on how to have their feed processed in a safe and responsible manner. Your role is to work closely with external experts and customers. Based on customer needs, you hone the feed safety and responsibility documents. You really understand (and love!) the complexities of feed safety and responsibility and successfully translate them into certification requirements. Your ‘sixth sense’ for converting customer wishes into solutions will strengthen our product offering, while also making it easier for our customers to properly apply the guidelines of feed safety and responsibility.

• Your heart goes out to a sustainable world. You have demonstrable work experience in the field of sustainability. Experience and knowledge in the field of feed safety is a plus.
• You’re firm but you know how to interact with different stakeholders such as market parties, customers, and colleagues.
• You relish the challenge of bringing different wishes together and combining them into practical and creative solutions.
• You’re passionate about helping customers with the best information and (IT) services.
• You take initiative and initiate improvement projects. You proactively share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and other stakeholders.

• You’re an organised person who loves working in a complex environment.
• HBO/Academic working and thinking level obtained, for example, through education/training at the HAS or WUR in food technology, animal science, agri-food technology, livestock farming, agribusiness, etc.
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
