Customer satisfaction survey

It is important to GMP+ International to know what its customers think about its services. For this reason, a customer satisfaction survey was launched in collaboration with Satius, a specialized company, to assure objectivity and progress. The survey is launched in the first week of September in the Netherlands and Germany. 

The results of the survey will be used to implement validated improvement actions and changes in the products and services. Feedback about the results and improvement actions will be given to the participants within a couple of months.
